William's Story
Life
Single and the story about that is too horrific to put in here. I have 3 kids, Nathan (30), Amy (28), and Matthew (25), all from the same coupling.
I recently took an early retirement after 30 years of teaching Special Ed in various districts. During the same time period I have been a Professor at a University teaching in the Master's program for Education behavior analysis and intervention. I've also been vendored at DDC (used to be called Regional Centers) to do one on one for DD people with serious behavioral problems. I have done much of this work both affiliated with a behavioral group and by myself when offered contracts from DDC and individual school districts.
Hobbies - Fly fishing, photography, and keeping up with Formula 1 racing (can't stand NASCAR - "bubba" can't turn right!!)
Religion - I attend an Anglican Catholic church...Expand for more
in Orange (ACC) being what the Episcopal church was 35 years ago) and was choir director for over 4 years in an ACC in Newport Beach.
I have also been a working musician - from mid Marshall to about 1980. I played Bass and was also a lead singer. Now I just fiddle about with a close friend who plays guitar.
This retirement is driving me nuts, so I'm going back to teaching (but only as an on-call substitute) 3 days a week. If I can hack that I'll start looking for a full-time contract.
that's enuff fer now...I would welcome any contact from anybody that knew me at Marshall ('69 - yessssss) and I am particularly looking for a woman named Michelle Gilbert from Bishop Union High School, class of '72. She was my experimental Psych lab partner at UCI in '74 or '75 or '76. If anybody knows her whereabouts or email please forward to me here.
